The customer
The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity or to hold a parental authorization allowing him to make an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal data in the "My Account" section, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In the event of an error in the addressee's address, Société Bleu de Lectoure can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Products

The command

The price
1. Price determination

3. The data
The data recorded and kept by the Société Bleu de Lectoure constitutes the proof of the order and all the past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system is proof of financial transactions.
The delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the residence address of the customer or any other natural person of his choice domiciled in France or abroad. Delivery can not be made to hotels or PO boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access code , names and / or intercom numbers, etc.). Société Bleu de Lectoure undertakes to respect delivery deadlines except in case of major force majeure (strikes, fires, floods, epidemics and, in general, all unforeseeable and irresistible external factors).
The recipient must check the condition of the packages in the presence of the driver, to note and form his precise remarks on the transport voucher before initialling.

Guarantee
All the products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. The shipping costs will be refunded on the basis of the invoiced rate and the expenses of return will be refunded on presentation of justifying documents.
Retraction
The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without cause, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order which will be exerted by the return at its expense of the new products (unworn, unwashed) with the order number at the following address:

Société Bleu de Lectoure will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, including delivery costs, under the conditions set out in article 7 below.
Reimbursement
Refunds of the products in the cases referred to in Articles 2 and 6 will be made by Société Bleu de Lectoure within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the retraction of the customer. The refund will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the delivery of voucher.
Applicable right
